Kenny is responsible for our operations in Scotland and Wales; for our self-Employment contracts (notably, New Enterprise Allowance (NEA) in both Scotland and England); for our Social Recruitment Framework (SRF) which provides rapid routeways into employment for those impacted by Covid; and for our delivery of the government’s flagship employability programmes – Restart and Kick Start. An experienced operator in outsourced public services, Kenny joined PeoplePlus as Chief Operating Officer in 2018 from Capita, where he was the Managing Director of the highly successful Automatic Enrolment (AE) Contract with The Pensions Regulator/DWP.

Emma has worked in senor roles in the education and training sector for over 20 years and has a particular passio for supporting adult learners who are looking for a “second chance” into learning. Emma has a proven track record in driving the quality of curriculum and its delivery, challenging new and innovative ways of learning and development at every opportunity. Engaging with commissioners as a trusted partner to achieve the strategic ambition and intent of our contract portfolio is a primary focus for Emma in her current role alongside ongoing research into critical challenges including literacy and digital skills.

Lauren joined the business in 2005 and has 13+ years employment and training services experience. Lauren is a change professional, well-practised and qualified, in delivering and embedding change into the organisation. Lauren has led a wide and diverse portfolio of projects and programmes including, delivering new technologies, target operating models, contract mobilisation, acquisitions, and transformational change. Lauren is very passionate about what we do, and why we’re here. The social purpose of the organisation, alongside our agile, fast-paced, ambitious attitude, keeps her motivated and committed to the cause.

Tom joined the business in 2021 and has 20+ years employment in Finance roles primarily in the Business Process Outsourcing sector. Passionate about change and performance improvement, Tom has a history of developing first class finance functions that “bring the numbers to life”. Tom is very passionate about ensuring there are strong financial controls in place that can then be used to support key decisions in the business.

Jess’s experience spans across talent acquisition, recruitment & on-boarding, organisational design, performance management, reward & recognition, talent development & succession planning, employee engagement, employment law, Trade Unions and HR policies. Sophie is responsible for driving growth across the end-to-end PeoplePlus portfolio and leads our Business Development, Partnerships and Employer Engagement functions. Sophie joined the business in 2019, and has extensive experience designing solutions on behalf of the Central and Local Government Commissioners that we deliver services on behalf of, having previously held strategic leadership roles with several large public sector outsource providers including Capita and Amey Plc. Sophie is passionate about building new propositions and solutions through innovation and collaboration with colleagues and partner organisations, that deliver value not just to the end users of our services but more widely within the communities in which we operate.
