Our Skills Support for the Workforce programme provides bespoke training to upskill your future leaders.

We’ll equip your teams with the skills they need to shape themselves into management material. Perfect for first time bosses or experienced leaders, our programme will help them go to the next level and help your business increase productivity, performance and ultimately profit.

Our trainers are all industry specialists with proven experience of developing managerial talent – from the frontline to the boardroom. Training can be done online or face to face.

And it’s all free. The programme is fully funded through the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund so it won’t cost your company a penny.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this programme, members of staff must be aged 16 or over, employed by the organisation and eligible to work in the UK. The employers must be registered in Birmingham, Solihull, Wyre Forrest, Bromsgrove or Redditch.
