16-19? TRY OUR

TRAINEESHIP PROGRAMME

Get a taste for a career with our Traineeship scheme in Wales

And get paid in the process.

Traineeships help young people aged 16-19 pick up the skills and knowledge they need to get a job or progress into other learning opportunities like Apprenticeships.

We’ve designed our Traineeships with local employers, so you know you’re getting the skills that are needed in the workplace. Whatever sector you’re thinking of going into, we can help.

What’s more, you’ll be paid to train. Earn while you learn.

A Traineeship will give you a chance to test out a new career before you commit to further learning. And our expert team of mentors are on hand every step of the way to support you.

We offer two types of Traineeship: Engagement and Level 1. There’s no time limit to either, so you can continue to learn as long as you are eligible.
