We run a number of YouCan Programmes to support targeted groups of individuals including unpaid carers. The programmes work to support individuals to build confidence, reduce isolation and offer advice and guidance.

One of our unique programmes is aimed at supporting individuals to build positive wellbeing and coping strategies.

The flexible sessions also give individuals relevant up to date information and advice and provides the opportunities to meet likeminded people.

Our YouCan programme offers the chance to:

  • Communicate better
  • Think positively
  • Manage their emotions
  • Manage conflict
  • Build resilience
  • Understand their rights as carers
  • Make healthy choices
  • Meet people in similar situations
  • Find new hobbies

For more information, visit the YouCan page on the Gloucestershire Carers Hub, email us at or call us on 0300 111 9000
